Description (German)	In Testverfahren mit Algen wird häufig die Zellvermehrung bzw. die Zellvermehrungshemmung bestimmt. Die Hemmung der Zellvermehrung kann als Hemmung der Biomasseproduktion (EbC) oder Zellzahl (EyC) im Testzeitraum oder als Hemmung der Zellvermehrungsrate bzw. Wachstumsrate (ErC) angegeben werden.
Description (English)	In test methods with algae, cell propagation or cell propagation inhibition is often determined. Inhibition of cell propagation can be indicated as inhibition of biomass production (EbC) or cell count yield (EyC) during the test period or as inhibition of the cell propagation rate or growth rate (ErC).
